Made with energy-boosting goji berries and topped with plant-based yoghurt, this tasty (and healthy) recipe is easy to make in just a matter of minutes. Here’s the how-to:

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups/240g rolled oats
  • 1 cup/100g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup/goji berries
  • ½ cup/35g hemp seeds
  • 1½ cups/100g coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbs cacao powder
  • 2 tbs maca powder
  • ¼ cup/60g maple syrup
  • Plant-based yoghurt
  • Berries
Serve with:
  • Plant-based yoghurt
  • Berries

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tray and then into the oven.
  4. Bake the granola for 8 minutes, giving it all a good mix halfway through cooking.
  5. Let it cool, then serve with the yoghurt and berries in your Chilly’s Food Pot, for a delicious eat-anywhere breakfast.
