What design improvement was made to the Series 3 bottle lid?
The Series 3 bottle features an updated thread design that ensures the lid opens smoothly while the collar stays securely in place. This small refinement helps maintain a solid, leak-resistant seal while making everyday use more reliable.
Is Series 3 compatible with Series 2?
Flip Lids work across both series. Series 2 Collar + Lid sets swap with Series 3 Collar + Lid sets. Individual collars or lids don't mix between series due to the design improvement mentioned above.
Can I engrave my Chilly's bottle?
Yes, on most bottles. Not available on patterned finishes. Maximum 8 characters (including spaces), upper or lower case, Latin alphabet. Your engraving sits opposite the Chilly's logo. Adds one working day to delivery. Engraved bottles can only be refunded for manufacturing defects.
How do I clean my Chilly's bottle?
Hot soapy water after each use. Don't use Milton sterilising fluid - it damages the product.
Are Chilly's bottles dishwasher safe?
No. Dishwashers damage the powder coat and compromise the vacuum seal. Hand wash only.
Are Series 3 bottles leak-proof?
Yes. 100% leak-proof with built-in o-ring seal. If yours leaks, contact customer service.
