• The prize consists of three (3) separate complimentary room night vouchers, each redeemable individually and not as a continuous stay.
• All three nights must be redeemed between January and May, and room bookings are subject to availability and not guaranteed at the time of reservation.
• Each night must be booked on a different date and cannot be combined into a consecutive or multi-night stay.
• The room category is subject to availability and will be allocated at the hotel’s discretion.
• The winner must be aged 18 years and over only.
• Transport and any additional expenses are not included in the prize and remain the responsibility of the winner.

ROUNDHOUSE x CHILLY'S

• Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• The closing date for entry will be stated in the details of the competition offer. After the stated date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Competition winners will receive x2 standing tickets to a show of their choice at the Roundhouse (subject to availability).
• Seated tickets are available on request for entrants who require accessibility or other reasonable adjustments.
• Tickets are subject to availability, and the Roundhouse requires 72 hours notice for any ticket request. The Roundhouse reserves the right to refuse ticket requests made within 72 hours of the performance date.
• We cannot reissue tickets for no shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours), unless exceptional circumstances are outlined and communicated with the competition owner (Chilly’s).
• The Roundhouse reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the competition owner’s control. Any changes affecting the ticket offer will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.
• The Roundhouse is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competition.
• The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered, and the tickets are non-transferable
