Built directly on the customer feedback we received from the Series 2 Flip, it retains the iconic aesthetic of the Series 3 line while introducing key functional upgrades for users with an active lifestyle.

What materials is the S3 Flip made from?

Every component of the Series 3 Flip is constructed from premium, durable materials, which have been carefully selected with sustainability in mind and engineered for long-lasting use.

Bottle body

Both interior and exterior walls are crafted from certified 90% post-consumer recycled food-grade 304 stainless steel, offering maximum durability and rust resistance with no compromise on hygiene or taste.

Lid & flip straw mechanism

Made from BPA-free plastic integrated with food-grade silicone seals to ensure a completely leak-proof closure, complete with an antimicrobial surface treatment on high-contact drinking areas.

Silent Base & carry handle

Made from high-performance, recyclable Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) for impact resistance, a comfortable grip and quiet contact on hard surfaces.

Exterior finish

Finished with Chilly’s signature durable powder coating to deliver our vibrant, long-wearing colour-drenched look.

Packaging

Our minimalist, recyclable packaging protects the product while reducing waste. By switching from the tubes used for Series 2 to paper bags and wraps, we've cut Series 3 flip packaging by 92% for our 1L bottle and 87% for our 500ml.

How long can the Series 3 Flip keep drinks hot and cold?

The bottle has been reengineered to keep your water colder for even longer than Series 2; up to three days in fact.

• 500ml: Keeps water cold for up to 45 hours
• 1L: Keeps water cold for up to 75 hours

The Flip’s thermal capacity is excellent for keeping your ice intact, making it a great companion for long travel days, sunny hikes and hot days at the beach or the park. Even in direct sunlight, your water stays ice-cold with no condensation.
