This scheme is open to customers in the UK who are aged over 16.

Customers may send their reusable bottles or cups from any brand for free to Chilly’s to recycle. No purchase necessary.

To receive free postage to send their reusable bottles or cups, customers must complete and submit the form and Chilly’s will send to customers a prepaid shipping label from Evri.

No more than 10 products may be sent per parcel. Singles-use bottles or cups are not eligible. For safety reasons, glass or ceramic bottles and cups should not be sent. Chilly’s accepts no responsibility for products that are lost during transit. Any bottles or cups sent to us will not be returned.

Customers may send as many parcels as they wish.

By participating in this scheme, customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Chilly’s for the purposes of administering the scheme, for sales and marketing analysis and as otherwise permitted or required by law, in accordance with Chilly’s privacy policy.

This scheme is governed by English law and applicants submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.
