We believe that many small actions can make a big difference to the planet. So we’ve decided to up the ante with our new recycling initiative, Chilly’s Refreshed. Simply send us your old Chilly's Bottle for free, and we’ll ensure it’s recycled.
Before you begin...

Visit the Chilly's Refreshed portal
To recycle your old Chilly's Bottle, simply visit our Chilly's Refreshed portal here and fill out the form.
Once on the portal follow the below steps:
• Add '12345678' in the order number field
• Add your email address
• Select 'Other' as the return reason and type 'Refreshed'
• Choose your method of return
Package it up
Pack up your old Chilly's Bottle securely in a spare box or container.
Send it off
Drop your parcel off at your nearest Evri ParcelShop and fight back the tears as your old Chilly's Bottle journeys to a new life!
