Are Chilly's Series 3 Flip dishwasher safe?
No Chilly's Series 3 Flip is not suitable for dishwashers. We recommend cleaning your bottle after each use with hot soapy water, please do not leave the bottle and associated parts to soak. For a very thorough clean please use bicarbonate soda with water. We also sell Chilly's Bottles brushes on our website which are great for cleaning all Chilly's Bottles.
Is the Series 3 Flip lid leak-proof?
The Series 3 Flip Lid has been designed to be leak-proof.
Is the Series 3 Flip lid compatible with all Series 3 bottle sizes?
Yes, thanks to the telescopic stainless steel straw it is compatible with all Series 3 bottle sizes, making it easier than ever to customise your bottle. Mix and match to your heart’s content.
Can I use my Flip bottle without the straw?
No. The straw isn't optional – it's part of the design. Remove it, tip the bottle up, and you'll get a lot more water, a lot faster than you bargained.
Can I engrave Series 3 Flip Bottles?
Yes! You can personalise your Series 3 Flip Bottle with an engraving of up to 8 Characters. **Please note** as our Series 3 Flip Bottles have the large 'Chilly's' written logo on one side, the placement of the engraving will be on the back of the bottle, opposite the Chilly's logo. Please be aware that engraving will **add one working day** to your estimated delivery date.
