This scheme is open to customers in the UK who are aged over 16.

Customers may send their reusable bottles or cups from any brand for free to Chilly’s to recycle. No purchase necessary.

To receive free postage to send their reusable bottles or cups, customers must complete and submit the form and Chilly’s will send to customers a prepaid shipping label from Evri.

No more than 10 products may be sent per parcel. Singles-use bottles or cups are not eligible. For safety reasons, glass or ceramic bottles and cups should not be sent. Chilly’s accepts no responsibility for products that are lost during transit. Any bottles or cups sent to us will not be returned.

Customers may send as many parcels as they wish.

By participating in this scheme, customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Chilly’s for the purposes of administering the scheme, for sales and marketing analysis and as otherwise permitted or required by law, in accordance with Chilly’s privacy policy.

This scheme is governed by English law and applicants submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.

During the month of July 2026 we are giving 100 loyalty points worth £5 when you recycle via our Take Back Scheme. Follow the steps below to qualify.

Take Back Reward Scheme runs from 1st July - 31st July. As long as you have raised a return request in July and posted your product in time for us to have receipted it by 12th August you will be eligible for this reward. The points will be granted on 14th August, not before, and will be applied to the same email address through which you have raised your return. No minimum spend required. If you do not already have a Refill Club Account, one will be created for you so your points can be applied.

In order to redeem your points you must log in to chillys.com and you must do so using the same email address you used for the Take Back Scheme. If you do not login then your points will not appear. Points are valid for one year. Points will only be given once per person, not per item you return. Whilst you are able to return as many items as you like via multiple packages, you will only receive a maximum of 100 points.
